Our offices are located in the Seattle, Eastlake neighborhood. We are easily accessible from the 5, 520 and 90 freeways, and via the Route 70 bus.
Entrance to the space is off of E Louisa St. Our door is marked with “The Pelvic Health Clinic,” and the red awning above the door will have the address: 2377 Eastlake Ave (although technically it's on E Louisa St). The building is also home to Otter Bar & Burger, and Lake Union Mail, the latter of which is directly next door to our entry.
When coming by car, turn West on E Louisa St. There are four designated parking spaces behind the building for your use, marked with The Pelvic Health Clinic. Additional parking is available on the street. Please read parking signs as all areas are different.
Please be aware that the entry door is a heavy one, and that we are located on the upper level which does mean to access the clinic, you will have to climb 9 stairs, arrive at a landing, then another 14 stairs. We do have a coded entry system for which the code will be given to you upon confirmation of your initial appointment.
