Pay What You Can
The Pelvic Health Clinic understands that finding the care you need and desire can be hard. The last thing you want when you find a place that brings you hope for healing is a financial burden, so we have started the pay what you can program.
The Details:
Week-of appointments that can be scheduled online. If appointments are not showing it indicates that all available appointments have been filled. However check back as a cancellation could open a new appointment slot.
You set the price you can afford to pay at each visit (graphic below to help you determine your financial need).
Appointments are first come, first served, and become available Monday morning for Tuesday - Sunday pelvic floor physical therapy.
We ask that you schedule only one appointment per week.
We ask you to be honest regarding your financial need, and to consider paying full price should your circumstances change.
Please note that the Pay What You Can Program is different than the option of sliding scale. Sliding scale appointments are determined on a case by case basis, they allow an individual to have regularly scheduled appointments, and they allow for Superbills* for possible reimbursement. Pay What You Can appointments are week-of appointments only, without Superbills*, and do not guarantee continuation of services. We suggest using this worksheet to determine your insurance benefits should you be interested in sliding scale instead of Pay What You Can appointments.
*Superbill = An itemized healthcare receipt which details the diagnosis codes and services used when treating a patient. Your insurance company uses this document to determine your rates of reimbursement for out of network services.
